What are the fees for online payments?
CaniClub Connect only charges for online card payments: €1 for a payment under €15, 8% of the amount above that. Bank transfers, cheques, cash and payments in person are free. To receive the money, enter the club’s IBAN in Manage the club > Setup > Settlement.

Fees are calculated on the cart total, not on each item or registration. See also pricing.
Who pays the fees?
Section titled “Who pays the fees?”- Memberships: in the membership form, the Billing of costs CaniClub Connect field offers Paid by the member (fees are added to the amount) or Offered by the club/company (the club receives the amount minus the fees). See the membership form.
- Paid sessions: in the event’s registration settings, Billing of costs offers Paid by the competitor or Offered by the organizer. See registrations.
- Shop: the customer pays the displayed price; fees are deducted from the amount paid out to the club.
Enter the club’s bank account
Section titled “Enter the club’s bank account”- Open Manage the club, Setup section, then Settlement.
- Choose the club’s Devise (currency).
- Enter the IBAN and BIC of the account CaniClub Connect pays online payments into.
- Enter the Email that will receive the invoice with each transfer.
- Tap Save.
The currency also applies to the shop, and the IBAN, BIC, email and currency are copied to the club’s upcoming events. Only club managers can open this page.
Each payout comes with an invoice for the fees, recorded automatically as an expense in the club’s bookkeeping.
Offer other payment methods in the shop
Section titled “Offer other payment methods in the shop”- Open Shop > Manage > Settlements.
- Under General, check the Currency.
- Under Payment Methods, turn on:
- Payment in person: the customer pays the club directly;
- Payment by transfer: enter the IBAN and BIC shown to the customer with their order reference.
- Tap Save.
