What is CaniClub Connect?
CaniClub Connect is a web and mobile app that lets dog clubs and dog professionals manage their members, training sessions and club life in one place. Members join, answer invitations, chat and read documents; club officials run everything from the Manage the club area.
Who is it for?
Section titled “Who is it for?”- Clubs (canicross, bikejoring, agility, dog training associations…): each sports season has its own membership forms and member list.
- Companies (dog trainers, boarding kennels, dog professionals): it works the same way, with “seasons” that can span several years so that customers do not have to rejoin every year.
- Members: a single account lets you join one or more clubs or companies.
What can you do with CaniClub Connect?

One account shared with Canicompet
Section titled “One account shared with Canicompet”CaniClub Connect uses the same user account as Canicompet, the entry platform for dog sports competitions. If you already have a Canicompet account, log in with the same credentials: your dogs and licences are already there. The club can also publish its events in the Canicompet calendar and import Canicompet races into its own calendar (see How do I import a Canicompet, FFSLC or CNEAC event?).
Finding your way around the app
Section titled “Finding your way around the app”Once you are logged in and a member of a club, the tab bar gives access to the current club, the Calendar, Discussions, Members, the Shop (if the club has one) and Documents.
The side menu repeats these sections under My club and contains the Clubs group, which lists your clubs (tap one to make it your current club) as well as Join a club / company and Register my club / company. At the bottom of the menu, My profile opens your personal details, dogs, licences, medical certificates and settings.
The actions of each screen are in the action bar at the bottom of the page (for example Back and Save).
How much does it cost?
Section titled “How much does it cost?”There is no subscription. Only online payments made in the app are charged: €1 per payment up to €15, then 8% above. Cheques, cash and bank transfers are free. See the Pricing page.
Where to start?
Section titled “Where to start?”- You are a member: create your account, then join your club.
- You run a club: register your club, create a season, then invite your members.
