How do I sell training packs?
Create a shop product of type Training pack, choosing the event types it covers and the Number of accesses, then set your sessions to Paid or with a pack or With a pack. Each time a member registers for one of these sessions, one access is taken from their pack.
Create the pack in the shop
Section titled “Create the pack in the shop”- Open Shop, tap Manage, then Products and Add.
- Enter the Name (for example “10 obedience sessions”).
- Under Type, choose Training pack.
- Under Pack event type, select one or more of the club’s event types (obedience, agility…).
- Enter the pack’s Number of accesses.
- Fill in the price under Pricing, then tap Save.
Event types are created in Manage the club > Setup > Events. A pack has no weight and no carrier: there are no shipping costs.
Set sessions to accept packs
Section titled “Set sessions to accept packs”In the event’s registration settings, choose the Registration type:
- With a pack: registering uses one access from the pack;
- Paid or with a pack: the member uses their pack if it has accesses left, otherwise they pay the session’s Price.
The Pack event type shown is the session’s own type: only packs that include this type are used. See event registrations.
What happens for the member
Section titled “What happens for the member”- The member buys the pack in the shop. The pack is credited as soon as payment is received: online payment confirmed, free order, or order set by you to Payment received. A member who buys two packs gets twice the number of accesses.
- When they tap Accept on a matching session, the app tells them one registration will be taken from their pack; they confirm with Use my pack.
- They follow their accesses in My profile > My packs: Remaining accesses, purchase date, included events and Recent usage.
Follow sold packs
Section titled “Follow sold packs”In Manage > Packs, the Event access packs page lists sold packs, filterable by Not empty or Empty, with Remaining and Used accesses. Tap a pack to see the Customer, Initial accesses, Purchase Date, Order reference, Included Event Types and Registrations History.
