Pricing questions
Is there a subscription or a paid plan?
No. Every feature is included for every club, whatever the number of members: memberships, events, discussions, shop, bookkeeping, documents.
What do “fees included” and “fees added” mean?
Fees included: the member pays the displayed price and the fee is deducted from what the club receives. Fees added: the fee is added to the member’s price and the club receives the full price. The club chooses for each membership form.
Are fees charged per item?
No, per payment. A member paying their membership and options, or several shop items at once, pays the fee only once, on the total.
Are cheques or bank transfers charged?
No. Only online card payments in the app carry a fee.
How does the club receive the money?
By bank transfer to the club’s account, whose IBAN, BIC and currency are entered in the club administration (Settlement).
