How do I use the club calendar?

The Calendar lists the training sessions and events of your current club, grouped by month. Tap an event to open its page, where you can reply to the invitation, check the location and documents, and add it to your own calendar.

  1. Open the Calendar tab (or Calendar in the My club menu).
  2. The Future tab shows upcoming events; the Past tab shows finished ones.
  3. Use the Search field to filter events by name.

Each card shows the date, the event’s name and the number of members registered. If you are not registered for the current season, a banner invites you to Join.

The calendar shows the events of the current club. If you belong to several clubs, switch clubs in the Clubs group of the menu.

The page has three tabs:

  • Details: date, any Time limit to register, organising club, number Accepted and slots remaining, Practical Info (type, location, Number of slots), Documents and Description;
  • Members: the Member Responses (accepted, refused or no answer);
  • Location: the map showing where the event takes place.

The buttons on the page let you:

  • Accept or Refuse the invitation (see How do I manage event registrations?);
  • Discuss: open the discussion dedicated to the event;
  • Calendar: download the event as a calendar file (.ics) to add it to your personal calendar;
  • Share: copy the link to the event’s public page, which anyone can view without an account.

Officials also see the Edit button in the action bar.

  • It is not published yet: only managers and event managers see unpublished events.
  • It is restricted to certain functions: only members with those functions see it.
  • It belongs to another club: switch your current club in the menu.

Events imported from Canicompet, the FFSLC or the CNEAC show, in the Members tab, the Registered Members on the original platform, and an Open source event button to register there. They are not managed in CaniClub Connect (see How do I import a Canicompet, FFSLC or CNEAC event?).

Managers and event managers have the Create an event and Import buttons at the bottom of the calendar. See How do I create a training session or an event?.
