Questions from clubs
How many members can a club have?
There is no limit and no price based on the number of members: every feature is included, with no subscription.
What happens to members who do not renew?
They stay club members and keep their access until you remove it. Members who have not renewed are listed on the season’s members page and in the Excel export, so you can remind them.
Can the club issue tax receipts?
Yes, if the association is eligible for the French tax reduction (general interest or public utility). CaniClub Connect produces each donation receipt based on cerfa no. 11580, numbered automatically.
