Every feature is included for every club, with no subscription. Each member has their own account, on the web, iOS and Android.
Members and memberships
Memberships without the paperwork
Each season has its own membership form. Members fill it in and pay in the app; you approve.
- Custom form: text, choices, checkboxes, amounts, paid options, attachments (certificate, photo…)
- Online card payment, cheque or bank transfer, as the club chooses
- Requests to approve, memberships to pay, members not renewed: everything is listed
- Excel export of members with every form answer
- Committee dashboard: members, cash, expiring medical certificates, upcoming events
Training and events
Who is coming on Saturday? You already know
Classes, outings, competitions, meetings: publish a date, members answer attending or not.
- One-off or recurring events, with location and attached documents
- Automatic reminders 7 days, 2 days, the day before and 3 hours before
- Access limited to some roles (group, level) when needed
- Manual sign-ups for people without an account
- Competitions and races imported from the CNEAC, FFSLC or Canicompet calendars, with the members entered

Group discussions, polls and notifications: information no longer gets lost in a WhatsApp group.

Dogs
Every dog has its own file
Members register their dogs once. Instructors follow their progress.
- Dog logbook: instructors’ comments and advice, session after session
- Tags to group dogs: group, level, specific needs
- Members’ licences and medical certificates, with their expiry date
- Directory of members and their dogs for the committee
Shop and passes
The club shop, paid online
Sell shirts, products and session passes. Payments go straight to the club’s bank account.
- Products with variants (sizes, colours) and delivery options
- Session passes (for example 10 classes) counted down at each training
- Order and delivery address follow-up
- Sales recorded automatically in the books
Bookkeeping
Accounts ready for the general meeting
Simple treasurer bookkeeping: income, expenses, receipts, and clean exports.
- Financial years, categories, customers and suppliers
- Photo or PDF receipt attached to each entry
- Online memberships and sales recorded automatically
- Excel export of the journal (running balance) and the balance sheet by category
- Tax receipts for donations (French cerfa no. 11580), numbered automatically
Documents
Club documents, up to date for everyone
Statutes, rules, schedules, logos: a shared space with rights per role.
