New interface, dashboard and tax receipts
CaniClub Connect gets a new look and adds a club dashboard, an Excel export of members and tax receipts for donations.
CaniClub Connect has a new, clearer interface, with a light and a dark theme. It comes with three new features for club committees.
A dashboard for the committee
At the top of the club administration, four tiles show what matters: the season’s member count compared with the previous season, memberships to approve or to pay, the cash of the financial year, medical certificates expiring within 30 days and upcoming events. Each officer only sees the tiles for their own area.
Excel export of members
From a season’s members page, the Export (Excel) button produces a file with one row per member: contact details, membership status and payment, and one column per form question. A second sheet lists former members who have not renewed.
Tax receipts for donations
Eligible French associations can issue the tax receipt for a donation, based on cerfa no. 11580: receipt number assigned automatically, amount in words, nature and payment method of the donation. The association’s details are entered once in Tax receipts, from the bookkeeping section.
The bookkeeping exports have also been reworked: the transaction journal shows the running balance, and the balance sheet presents income and expenses by category, the result and the cash at the end of the year.
