# How do I open the club shop?

> Activate the club shop, choose its managers, then set its name, default tax and carriers before you add your first products and packs.

In **Manage the club** > **Setup** > **Shop**, turn on **Activate the store**, choose the **Store managers** and tap **Save**. The shop then appears in every member's menu and tab bar, and you can configure it.

## Activate the shop

1. Open the menu, then **My club** > **Home**, and tap **Manage the club**.
2. In the **Setup** section, tap **Shop**.
3. Turn on **Activate the store**.
4. Under **Store managers**, select the people who will manage products and orders (at least one).
5. Tap **Save**.

The app then opens the **Shop Settings**:

6. Enter the **Shop Name** and the **Default tax, in %** (enter 0 if the club does not charge VAT).
7. Tap **Save**.

Only club managers (**Manager** in the rights) can activate the shop. To close it, turn off **Activate the store** in the same place.

## Reach the shop management

Open **Shop** from the menu or tab bar. Store managers and club managers see a **Manage** button there, which opens **Store Management**:

## Add a carrier

Carriers are only needed for physical products: training packs need none.

1. In **Store Management**, tap **Carriers**, then **Add**.
2. Enter the **Name** (for example "Royal Mail" or "Pick-up at the club") and leave **Is activate** on.
3. Turn on **Tracking available** if the carrier provides a tracking number.
4. Under **Shipping Costs**, tap **Add Rule** and enter a weight band (**Min (kg)**, **Max (kg)**) and its **Fees**. Add as many bands as needed.
5. Tap **Save**.

> **TIP**
Create a free carrier (fees at 0) for pick-up at the club: your members will pay no shipping.
