# How do I follow the shop's orders?

> Find the orders placed in the club shop, read their details and delivery address, and update their status so the customer is kept informed.

Open **Shop** > **Manage** > **Orders** and tap an order: you see the items, customer, address and payment method, and you change its **Status** from the drop-down list. The customer is notified of each change.

## Get notified of a new order

**Store managers** receive a "New order" notification as soon as a member completes an order. The notification opens the order directly.

## Read an order

The **Orders** list shows, newest first, each order's reference, date, amount and status. In the details:

- **Order Items**: products, chosen variations, quantities, with **VAT**, **Shipping fees** and **Total**;
- **Customer & Delivery**: the customer, the chosen address and carrier;
- **Payment**: the **Payment method** (**Online, CB**, **In person**, **Bank transfer** or **Free**);
- **Invoice**: the link to the PDF invoice, once payment is recorded.

## Update the status

1. Open the order.
2. Tap **Status** and choose:
   - **Waiting for payment**: order completed, payment not yet received (bank transfer or payment in person);
   - **Payment received**: you have collected the payment;
   - **Order sent**;
   - **Order received**.

The customer receives a status update notification.

## What payment triggers

An order paid online moves to **Payment received** on its own. For a bank transfer or a payment in person, you set it to **Payment received** once the money is in. At that moment the app:

- creates the order's PDF invoice;
- credits any [training packs](/en/docs/shop/packs/) ordered;
- adds a "Shop" revenue entry to the [club's bookkeeping](/en/docs/accounting/movements/), with the invoice attached.

Stock, on the other hand, is deducted as soon as the order is completed.

## On the member's side
