# How do I order from the club shop?

> Buy a jersey or a pack of sessions in your club's shop: cart, address, carrier, payment, then follow your purchase in My orders.

Open **Shop**, choose a product, tap **Add to Cart**, then **Finalize order** in the cart. Choose the address, carrier and payment method: your order then appears in **My profile** > **My orders**.

## Before ordering: your address

If you are ordering an item to be delivered, save an address first:

1. In **My profile**, **Shop** section, tap **My addresses**.
2. Tap **Add Address** and fill in **Name** (for example "My Home"), **Street**, **Postal code**, **City**, **Country** and **Phone number**.
3. Tap **Save**.

## Place an order

1. Open **Shop** from the menu or tab bar. Filter by **Categories** if needed.
2. Tap a product. Choose the variation (size, colour…) and quantity, then tap **Add to Cart**. The **Low Stock**, **In Stock**, **Out of stock** or **Available on pre-order** badge shows availability.
3. Open the cart (**My Cart**) and tap **Finalize order**.
4. Select your **Address**.
5. For an item to be delivered, choose the **Carrier**: shipping costs are added to the total.
6. Choose the **Payment** method among those the club offers:
   - **Online by credit card**: pay in the secure form displayed;
   - **Bank transfer**: the IBAN, BIC and **Reference** to use are shown, then tap **Finalize Order**;
   - **In person**: tap **Finalize Order** and pay the seller directly.
7. A free order is confirmed with **Finalize**.

After a successful online payment, the page shows **Checkout Completed** and a **View My Order** button.

## Follow your orders

In **My profile** > **My orders**, each order shows its status: **Waiting for payment**, **Payment received**, **Order sent** or **Order received**. You get a notification when the club changes the status. The **Invoice** can be downloaded from the order once payment is recorded.

For a bank transfer, the order stays **Waiting for payment** until the club confirms the money has arrived; the order details remind you of the account and reference to use.

## Use a pack you bought

A [training pack](/en/docs/shop/packs/) you bought appears in **My profile** > **My packs** and is used up when you accept a matching session.
