To export your members, open the season's member list and tap **Export (Excel)** in the action bar. The file contains one sheet with everyone registered for the season and their form answers, and a second sheet with the members who have not renewed.

## Download the file

1. From the club's home page, tap **Manage the club**.
2. In the **Members** section, tap the season to export.
3. Tap **Export (Excel)**.

The file is in Excel format (.xls) and its name includes the club and the season's dates. Exporting is reserved for the club's managers and membership managers.

## "Members" sheet

The header shows the club, the season's period and the number of people registered. Each row is a membership request for the season, sorted by last name, with:

- **Contact details**: last name, first name, email, phone, date of birth, address, postal code, city and country (from the member's profile);
- **Membership**: status (validated, pending validation or to pay), request date, paid or not, payment method, amount, amount paid and the name of the person who approved it;
- **Form**: one column per membership form field (headers and images are skipped). Checkboxes and paying options show Yes or No; a file field shows Yes if a file was uploaded.

If the season has several forms, a **Form** column shows which one each member used, and fields with the same label share a column.

A total row at the bottom gives the number of members, the number of paid memberships and the amount totals. The headers and the name columns stay frozen when you scroll.

## "Not renewed" sheet

It lists the club members who are not registered for this season, with their last name, first name, email and phone. It is the ideal list for chasing latecomers, alongside the **Invite** button.

## What is the export for?

- Sending the member list to your federation or insurer.
- Preparing an annual general meeting (number of members, total fees).
- Quickly finding a form answer (T-shirt size, licence, photo consent…).
