# What does the club dashboard show?

> The club dashboard sums up the season's memberships, the financial year's cash, expiring medical certificates and upcoming events.

The **Dashboard** is shown at the top of the **Manage the club** area. A few tiles give the club's key figures: the season's members, cash, medical certificates about to expire and upcoming events. Each official only sees the tiles that match their rights.

## Open the dashboard

From the club's home page, tap **Manage the club**. The dashboard is the first section of the page.

## Members tile

Shown to managers and membership managers, it covers the current season (or, failing that, the most recent one):

- the number of approved memberships, with the season's dates;
- the change "vs last season", up or down;
- warning chips: requests **pending validation**, memberships **to pay** (form sent without choosing a payment method) and members **not renewed** (club members missing from the season).

## Cash tile

Shown to managers and accounting managers, it covers the financial year that includes today's date:

- the cash balance (the year's opening balance, plus revenues, minus expenses);
- the year's total **Revenues** and **Expenses**.

If the year contains movements in several currencies, the tile says "Several currencies are used in this exercice.". Tap the tile to open the financial year (see [bookkeeping](/en/docs/accounting/movements/)). The tile does not appear if no financial year covers today's date.

## Medical certificates tile

It appears when at least one approved member of the season has a medical certificate that is about to expire or has expired. It shows:

- the members whose latest certificate will **expire within 30 days**, with the expiry date (ten at most, soonest first);
- the number of **members with an expired certificate**.

The certificates are the ones members upload in **My profile** > **My medicals certificates**.

## Upcoming events tile

Shown to managers and event managers, it lists the club's next three events with their date and the number of members **attending** (who accepted the invitation). Tap an event to open it. With no upcoming event, it shows "No upcoming event".

## Why can't I see some tiles?

Each tile depends on your rights (see [How do I assign roles and rights in my club?](/en/docs/getting-started/roles-and-rights/)) and on the available data: no Members tile without a season, no Cash tile without a current financial year, no Medical certificates tile if no certificate is expiring.
