# How do I invite my members to join the club?

> Share your club's membership link or send an invitation to former members so that they join the current season on CaniClub Connect.

To bring your members in, share the club's membership link: they create their account, fill in the season's form and you approve their request. For members already registered in a previous season, the **Invite** button sends them a notification and an email.

Before inviting anyone, you need at least one [season](/en/docs/members/seasons/) with memberships open and an active [membership form](/en/docs/members/membership-form/).

## Share the membership link

1. Open the club's home page (the club tab or **Home** in the **My club** menu).
2. In the **Links** card, tap the copy button next to **Membership**. The link is copied ("Link copied").
3. Share the link by email, on your website or on social media.

The same link is offered in **Configure sports seasons**, **Help** tab: "from this link.".

The **Links** card also contains the club's **Public page**, which anyone can view without an account.

> **TIP**
If the club has only one open season and one active form, the link opens that form directly. Otherwise, the member picks the form from the list of seasons.

## What does the new member see?

The new member opens the link, logs in or [creates an account](/en/docs/getting-started/create-account/), then fills in the form and chooses a payment method. The full journey is described in [How do I join a club and pay my membership fee?](/en/docs/members/join-and-pay/).

They can also use the menu: **Join a club / company**, then search for the club by name.

## Remind members who have not renewed

Members from a previous season remain club members until you remove their access. To ask them to join the new season:

1. In **Manage the club**, open **Configure sports seasons**.
2. On the season card, tap **Invite**.
3. Confirm with **Send invitations**.

Every club member who is not yet registered for this season receives a notification and an email inviting them to join. The same **Invite** button is available in the **Not up to date** tab of the season's member list.

> **NOTE**
Only club managers can send invitations.

## What happens next?
