# How do I import a Canicompet, FFSLC or CNEAC event?

> Import a race or competition from the Canicompet, FFSLC or CNEAC calendars to show it in your club calendar along with its registered members.

To import an event, open the **Calendar**, tap **Import**, choose the source (Canicompet, FFSLC or CNEAC), then select the event and confirm. It appears straight away in the club calendar, with its name, dates and the list of club members registered for it.

The **Import** button is shown to managers and event managers.

## Import an event

1. Open the **Calendar** tab and tap **Import** in the action bar.
2. Choose the source and tap **Import**:
   - **Canicompet Calendar**;
   - **FFSLC Calendar**;
   - **CNEAC Calendar** (events are shown month by month).
3. In **Select event to import**, find the event with **Search events**.
4. Tap the event, then confirm with **Yes**.

The imported event's page opens.

## What happens after the import?

- The event is published immediately in the club calendar.
- Every club member receives a notification and an email.
- The **Members** tab of the event page shows the **Registered Members** section: the club members registered for this event on the original platform.
- The **Open source event** button leads to the event's page on the original platform, where members register.

## What you cannot do with an imported event

"Imported events cannot be edited." There is no attending/not attending answer in CaniClub Connect, no automatic reminders and no registration settings: everything is handled on the original platform.

## What is it for?

- Showing your members the competitions the club takes part in, next to the training sessions.
- Seeing at a glance which members are entered in a race.
- Organising car sharing or accommodation in the event's discussion (**Discuss** button).
