# How do I add my licence or medical certificate?

> Store your federation licence and your medical certificate (or its alternative) in your profile, with a photo or PDF of the supporting document.

Open **My profile**, then **My licenses** or **My medicals certificates**, and tap **Add**: take a photo of the document (image or PDF), complete the details and tap **Save**. These documents are about the handler, not the dog.

## Add a licence

1. Open the menu, tap your name at the bottom (**My profile**), then **My licenses**.
2. Tap **Add**.
3. Tap **Take a picture of the license** and pick a photo or a PDF.
4. Under **License Details**, fill in the **Federation**, **Season**, **Club**, **Number** and, if needed, **Function in club**, **Categories** and **Is a handicapped sports license**.
5. Tap **Save**.

A licence bought online from a federation shows "The license was purchased online, so it cannot be modified."

## Add a medical certificate

1. In **My profile**, tap **My medicals certificates**, then **Add**.
2. Optional: under **Federation alternatives**, choose a federation if it accepts an alternative to the certificate:
   - **Health questionnaire**: answer the 9 questions (answers are not shared), then tick **I completed the health questionnaire** and **I answered "NO" to all questions**;
   - **Health Prevention Course** (FFA): tap **Complete my health journey**, then add the photo of the diploma and its validity date.
3. Otherwise, take a photo of your medical certificate (image or PDF): the app analyses it, then check or correct the **Certificate date**.
4. Tap **Save**.

The **My medicals certificates** list shows each document's type and end of validity (**Valid until**).

## What the club sees

The **Manage the club** dashboard shows managers the members' **Medical certificates** that **expire within 30 days** and the number of **members with an expired certificate**. Add your new certificate before the deadline.
